This policy explains what Vyapaarx Solution Pvt Ltd collects when you use the Vyapaarx Travels platform, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
Account information about your agency and its users (name, email, phone, login credentials in hashed form). Booking information you enter about your customers — traveller names, contact details, travel dates, document details where a supplier requires them, and payment references. Technical information such as sign-in times, IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To provide the service: searching suppliers, making bookings, issuing quotations, vouchers and invoices, and supporting you when something goes wrong. To bill you and keep accurate financial records. To keep the platform secure and to investigate misuse.
Who we share it with
Suppliers and their systems, only as needed to make and manage a booking you request. Payment gateways, to process a payment you initiate. Our technology partner, which operates the platform infrastructure on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking and financial records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask us to delete data that we are not required to retain.
Your customers’ data
You enter your customers' details into the platform, so you are responsible for having their permission to do so and for telling them how their information will be used for their booking.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, access is restricted to your own agency's data, and connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think a login has been compromised.
